Like all things that happen in life, we learn from experience, so is my idea of developing the youth of today. After the desire of working  in the media industry, being able to see what potential the youth of today has and realizing that they are falling behind because they are not utilizing their true potential.

 I decided to become a mentor and trainer to the youth of today by equipping them with a set of basic and practical skills in media that is required for them to put together to create a foundation for their successful futures. 

GCR FM cares about what is happening around the community of Giyani, as it is a very disadvantaged town that needs assistance in terms of fighting against poverty and helping people to reach their potential. It is done through its Social Responsibility of giving back by firstly identifying the most disadvantaged families in  Giyani.
